I’ve always been someone people felt comfortable talking to.
Even before I had the words for it,
I found myself listening, holding space, trying to understand.
I’ve always been someone people felt comfortable talking to.
Even before I had the words for it,
I found myself listening, holding space, trying to understand.
But my real learning came from my own life.
Over the years, my work grew across:
but my real learning came from my own life.
In my twenties, life became… a lot.
Marriage, children, surgeries, hospital visits,
and somewhere in between,
I felt like I lost my sense of balance.
I was functioning…
but not really okay.
What followed wasn’t quick.
It was a slow decade of a layered, deeply personal journey
back to regulation, clarity, and connection.
The greatest skill I learned along the way
was to accept my shortcomings and limitations,
and simply do what was possible,
without guilt, without pressure.
Through therapy, learning, reflection, and du‘a,
I began to understand myself in a way I never had before.
Relationships don’t fall apart because people are bad, all humans are a creation of Allah with endless potential.
They fall apart because people are struggling to find their balance.
Most people aren’t broken.
They are overwhelmed, unsure, and carrying more than they can process.
And most have never been shown how to understand what’s happening inside them.
So I started asking everyone to get therapy, I genuinely wanted people to feel better ….. but people’s experiences at therapy shocked me! After hearing stories of unprofessional, unethical and robotic experiences, I decided that maybe I should try this myself!
This realisation led me to formally train in coaching and begin my practice as a bridge, supporting individuals in understanding themselves more deeply and identifying the kind of support that will truly help them move forward.
Alhamdulillah, I feel that Allah has placed a natural ease and sincerity in this work for me.
I’ve experienced what it feels like to be stuck in your own thinking and what it takes to break out of it.
That journey unlocked a deep passion for growth, learning, and creativity. I now move through life with a clear, free mind, feeling limitless in what I can build and become, Alhamdulillah.
I’m currently pursuing strength training💪, child psychology, anger management and gardening.
With rapid advancements in medicine and technology, I became deeply curious about how Islamic rulings apply to new and complex realities, questions that almost feel like they belong in science fiction. Islamic Bioethics explores exactly that: how Muslim bioscientists and Muftis work together to understand how faith guides modern dilemmas around life, the body, and ethical decision-making.
Exploring the human mind beyond the limits of Western psychology, integrating the spiritual and unseen dimensions that are essential to true understanding and healing.
